Our Team

Karen Gustafson, Executive Director, MS, NCC, LIMHP

With over 30 years of clinical work, Karen works with all ages from adolescents to seniors.  She is one of the JFS facilitators for  "Parenting the Love and Logic Way" by Jim Fay, Dr. Charles Fay with special recognition of Dr. Foster Cline and conducts parent consultations and therapy upon request.  Karen is currently a member of the Nebraska Medical Reserve Corp (MRC) trained in Behavioral Health Crisis Debriefing and a trainer for Psychological First Aid;  a volunteer with P.O.S.T. (Police Officer Support Team); a volunteer with the American Red Cross for National Behavioral Health Support; a member of the Metro Area Suicide Coalition; a Teammates mentor; and, most importantly the mother of two adult sons and the wife of a 30 year veteran educator.

Teresa Drelicharz, MS, NCC, LIMHP, RPT

As a registered play therapist, Teresa’s extensive experience with children through adults includes treatment for trauma and physical and sexual abuse. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy). She is a facilitator for the "Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” class byJim Fay and Dr. Foster Cline. Teresa is trained in behavioral health crisis debriefing; a consultant for the Sarpy County Head Start Program and our Adoption Coordinator (see our Adoption section for more information on this program).
